Kamishiba New Town is a residential development in Fukaya city Saitama, Outside Tokyo. It was designed as a new town in 1972. It is approximately 2 kilometers long stretching east-west, and between 1 kilometers wide, located in Kanto Plain about 40 miles north west of Tokyo.
